Team Harrington shoot an impressive second round of 59 and still lost the low round of the day by three shots! Out in 29 shots, after five birdies and an eagle, they continued in the same vein with five birdies to open their back nine. Unfortunately, they ran out of birdies and holes to challenge the runaway leaders, Team Kutcher. They shot an astonishing 54, eighteen under par, to win the event by seven shots with a record breaking 33 under par total. Team Harrington finished in a tie for 7th place at 13 under par.
Fantastic opening round of ten under par for Padraig and Paddy at this year’s PNC Championship, but such is the standard, they lie in a tie for 11th place! Team Kucher lead after an opening round of 57. Team Harrington got off to a slow start and turned in three under par in the fourball better ball first round. But they came to life on the back nine which they covered in an impressive seven under par to sign for a 62. One more day to go in this fun event which proves to be very popular with the players and family members playing!
