I’ve experienced first-hand the impact of Oesophageal Cancer, having lost my Dad to it in 2005. He had been experiencing symptoms for some time and an earlier diagnosis could have made all the difference. The OCF’s Lollipop Day helps to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of this difficult cancer, enabling earlier diagnosis and funding of life-saving research. I urge everyone to get involved, donate or support the Lollipop Day raffle with the chance to win tickets to the Horizon Irish Open, which will take place from 30th June to 3rd July.
